At Organic n Pure, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged or defective.
The wrong item was delivered.
The product packaging is unopened and unused.
Returns must be requested within 3–7 days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened food products.
Products that have been partially used.
Products returned after the allowed return period.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchange
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
